Our Choir Programs
All rehearsals take place on Monday nights at Saint Nicholas Lutheran Church:

Children's Choir
Grades 4 -5
An introductory program designed for young children to explore the joy of singing and enter the Voices In Praise organization. Children's Choir has 3 -4 performances per season and in 2025, will participate in VIP's spring musical.

Voices In Praise
Grades 6 - 12
The centerpiece of our organization, Voices In Praise is made up of nearly 50 singers from throughout Calvert County. With soaring voices, powerful harmonies, and unmatched drive for excellence, VIP is one of the best choirs in the region, but what really distinguishes this exemplary group is their culture. VIP is known for its professionalism, discipline, and the ways that they connect with one another and their audiences.

Chamber Choir
For sopranos and altos by audition only, Chamber Choir is a select ensemble of highly skilled musicians who sing challenging repertoire and serve as student leaders within VIP.

Men's Choir
The newest specialty ensemble within VIP, Men's Choir is open to all young men with changing/changed voices. This exuberant group focuses on repertoire for tenors and basses.
